When you scan a QR code on one of our brochures or follow a link from a partner channel, we store a non-personal campaign code (for example, a value such as "brochure-v1") in your browser for up to 90 days so that we can understand which assets reach which seekers. We also collect activity data, such as pages viewed, time spent, and links clicked, to refine our teachings and improve our offerings.
The identifiers used for this measurement are pseudonymous. We do not sell this information, share it with advertising networks, or use third-party trackers. Activity data is automatically deleted after a configurable retention window, which is currently set to 12 months.
You may withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie preferences available on the website. Necessary records (such as your account and registrations) will continue to be retained as described in this Policy.
10. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors or gateways. We do not intentionally store complete payment instrument details unless lawfully required and securely handled through authorised systems.

A parent or lawful guardian may, however, register children (individuals under 18 years of age) as attendees or participants using their own account and the multi-attendee registration flow we provide. By doing so, the parent or lawful guardian confirms that they have the authority to consent on behalf of the child to the processing of the child's personal data as described in this Policy, and is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided.
We do not knowingly undertake tracking, behavioural monitoring, or targeted advertising directed at children. Consistent with applicable law, we take reasonable steps to limit the processing of children's personal data to purposes necessary for delivering the Service the parent or lawful guardian has requested.
